We offer these trips to clients who are in a confirmed financial position to purchase a property during their visit.
You should have the ability during the trip, to make a deposit. In the case of new build property with a developer, this is usually 6.000 €. For a resale property the deposit is usually 3.000 €.
These deposits can be paid in a variety of ways, by cash, cheque, credit card, bank draft etc. We can answer any queries you may have concerning this prior to your departure.

Booking A Viewing Trip And What To Expect
Once you have decided to make a trip to Spain to purchase a property, you need to advise us of your dates of travel and the days you will be viewing (1 - 5 days duration). We can recommend accommodation, taxi services and assist with your bookings.
Before you arrive in Spain we will arrange to meet you at a convenient time at your accommodation, to further discuss your property requirements.
All our staff are fully trained and English, so no language problems. Our member of staff is exclusively yours for the duration of your viewing trip.

If you are planning a trip to our area with a view to purchasing a property, telephone us or call into our office. It is best to contact us in advance with your dates, just so that we can ensure that someone is ready and available to assist you properly.
