Viewing Trips

We offer these visits for clients who are in a 'confirmed' financial position to purchase a property during their visit.

You should have the ability during the trip, to make a deposit. In the case of new build property, with a developer, this is usually 6000€. For resale property the deposit is usually 3000€.

These deposits can be paid in a variety of ways, by credit card, bank draft etc. We can answer any queries you may have concerning this prior to your departure.

Booking a Viewing Trip and What to Expect

Once you have decided to make a trip to Spain to purchase a property, you need to advise us of your dates of travel and the days you will be free to view (1 – 5 days duration). We can assist you in recommending accommodation and taxi services and assist with bookings.

Before you arrive in Spain we will arrange to meet you at your accommodation, at a convenient time, to further discuss your property requirements.

All our staff are fully trained and English, so no language problems.

Our member of staff is exclusively yours for the duration of your trip. They will:

Take you to view a range of property to suit your price range and specification.
Arrange an appointment with a fully registered, English speaking lawyer.
We will check availability of flights, their cost etc and contact you.
Take you to a local bank to open an account and discuss mortgages if required.
Take you to obtain NIE numbers (National Identity Number)

We are in a unique position of being Independent of developers and so are able to give you access to the largest selection of property available in the northern Costa Blanca. As property consultants, we have access to a wide range of properties with our collaborating agents, not just what you see on our website. If you see something you like the look of on another site, tell us and we can arrange viewings.

All our viewing trips are tailor-made to suit you. By listening and talking to you in advance of your trip and whilst you are here, we feel that we are in a position to provide the best service possible. We understand that you might arrive with an idea of your dream home, but find that your ideas change during your trip. Tell us and we can adjust the viewings to suit you.

Office Visits

If you are planning a trip to our area to view property, telephone us or call into our office. It is best to advise us of the dates of your trip in advance, just so we can ensure that someone is ready and available to assist you properly.

If you want to contact us prior to arrival, we can discuss your requirements and provide details of suitable properties. We can also arrange an appointment to view your properties of interest. We don’t want to waste your time viewing properties you don’t want.
