Katalin Bene, originally from Hungary, has been residing in Costa Blanca, Javea with her family since 2016. When they made the move, her two daughters were merely 2 and 5 years old. With her wealth of experience, she can offer valuable insights into navigating the education system and adjusting to life in a new environment with a family. Holding University Degrees in Economics and Marketing, she skillfully applies her expertise in her business ventures. Known for her optimistic outlook and determination, Katalin is renowned for tackling challenges with a smile. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and Spanish, she effortlessly communicates across cultures.

Meet Jaclyn van Lochem, a bubbly soul within our team! She's passionate about sharing her knowledge about the lifestyle in the Costa Blanca. Originally from the Netherlands, Jaclyn is a great match to work with families and investors looking for opportunities due to her background in real estate within her family business back in the Netherlands. She has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and enjoys using her skills to help people find their perfect property.
But Jaclyn isn't just about business, she's also a people person. She's always ready to chat and make everyone feel welcome. Fluent in Spanish and English, she effortlessly bridges cultural divides.
